Equipment
We adopted well-known ROLLOMATIC Eight-Axis simultaneously CNC controlled Grinding Machines that made in Switzerland.It could produce the smallest diameter made down to 0.2mm milling cutter and R0.1 circular milling cutter. |

Solid Carbide
The carbonized tungsten steel materials of our cutting tools come from German.They were processed by high accuracy high quality test.The quality is steady.

Measuring
We use the advanced cutting tool measure–ZOLLER smar Tcheck imported from German.It adopts the CCD electron camera and the Saturn image measuring system.It could check the shape of the every kind of the cutting tool.The precision could reach to 0.002mm.It could confirm the lifespan and the precision of the cutting tools.It could also confirm the precision of the work. |
